How do I make someone leave my condo? What is a squatter? These are things I've had to learn this week. This video isn't like any I've made before. It isn't about food, drink, or travel. It's about how I woke up feeling helpless because someone I don't know moved into my condo and won't leave. But went to bed feeling helpful because I changed my mindset from TAKE to GIVE. And I decided to give back to the community here in Playa del Carmen, as everyone has been so great to me while living here this winter. **Update** As of December 2022 this person is still living there, but I have a court date scheduled soon. By the time the courts help me remove him, it will have been 3 years that I couldn't live in my condo, sell it to pay back the losses I've incurred due to this situation, or received any rent.
