Quite apart from this, Randy has managed to drink 2 L in two hours, and so relying on how quickly he was running, he may feel very ailing simply from the pressure of drinking that much - I'd challenge you to drink this a lot, unless you might be operating fairly slowly and it’s a scorching day!
