In 1855, the Tualatin signed the Willamette Valley Treaty and agreed to remove to the Grand Ronde Reservation with not less than twenty-eight different tribes.
On June 30, 1864 the Act of Congress was enacted, which handed the Yosemite Valley from the frequent property to California State.
