Angela Liberatore is Head of the Scientific Department of the ERCEA, responsible for the e valuation and monitoring of projects and for feedback to policy. She contributed to the development of EU science diplomacy, co-chaired a group of the UN Research Roadmap for COVID-19 Recovery, participated in drafting the EC White Paper on European Governance and in the negotiation of the Kyoto Protocol on Climate Change. Angela holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences and a degree in Philosophy.
